What to do with all these codes?
Team sharing code?
Are you or a friend trying to share a journey? Follow these steps:
1. All team members
All members of a team must have their own SeeSaw Sight account and log into the system.
2. Journey started?
The main member of the team will receive an email with a link to join a team/s.
3. Enable sharing
Ensure that team sharing is enabled by clicking the check box and saving. Take note of the joining code.
4. Join the team
All team members wanting to join the team must create an account or join as guests. This can be achieved using the link to join the journey.
Booking reference code?
If you received a booking reference from one of our partners please follow these steps:
It is very important that you use exactly the same name and email address you supplied to the external provider when registering. This is how we correctly identify you with your booking code.
1. Create an account
Use this link to register yourself and/or enter your external booking reference
As a new user, you may continue as a guest.
2. Journey
Once we have mapped your information and your booking code the journey will be created and you can proceed immediately. You will also receive an email where you may click a link to open your journey.
